 A new Mads 1.6.5. Changes:
- added new switch '-3' that enables faster 3-pass (instead of 4-pass) assemblation,
- fixed declared structures processing in the MADS' memory, the appearance sequence has now no meaning,
- added possibility to join any number of listing lines into one row with the '\' sign.
